Located just off Route 343 in Soga, Hakobune Niseko is comprised of a small cluster of buildings nestled amongst birch trees, with majestic Mount Annupuri in full view.

We offer thoughtfully-designed spaces for gatherings big and small. Details matter to us, as we want guests to have all the essential creature comforts for contemporary living.

While set apart from the crowds, our property is still close to the action. We are just minutes away by car from the famous powder runs at the interconnected ski resorts of Niseko United - which include the upmarket Niseko Village Ski Resort, family-oriented Annupuri and cosmopolitan Hirafu Village. Stunning mountain scenery, a burgeoning wellness scene and plenty of gourmet dining options also make it a much-loved year-round destination. Golf, cycling, hiking and matsuri festivals attract many during the non-winter months. The different seasons have much to offer, so let this be your home base to experience the best of Hokkaido all year round!

In the wintertime, a large field right behind the property is covered with a thick blanket of powder snow. Many of our younger guests enjoy exploring it on sleds and snowshoes, or engage in snowball fights and building snowmen and caves to decorate our landscape! Adults can give cross-country skiing a try, if they still have energy left after a day on the slopes. For bad weather days, guests can check out the indoor golf simulator and young kids can enjoy the children’s library and playroom or watch a movie on the large screen.
